La Soufrière Volcano

La Soufrière is one of the most visited sites in Guadeloupe. Nearly 300,000 visitors a year passed through this Caribbean tourist mecca until 2004. The 2004 earthquake not only closed the road leading to the main car park of La Savane à Mulet, but also made access more difficult. This explains the significant drop in the number of visitors in recent years, which now stands at nearly 100,000 visitors.

La Rivière Rouge

It has this name because of the earthy colour, rich in iron, which gives it its rusty tones. You can stop there to give yourself a "boost" thanks to the coldest bath in Guadeloupe.

The Caribbean Sea

Located between the Equator and the Tropic of Cancer, bathed on the west by the Caribbean Sea and on the east by the Atlantic Ocean.Christopher Columbus first approached it in 1493.It became an Overseas Department on 19 March 1946, then a Region in 1974.
